With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Josephine Parsons of Hamilton, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on February 27, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Beach and Marguerite Beach (Davis); her husband Ed Parsons; her sisters, Catherine Beach, Rita Moylan and Frances Ragle; and her great grandchildren, Alexander Stark and Adrian Florido.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gerald Beach and Delores Anderson; and her children, Karyn Smith (Don), Celeste Spangler, Ed Parsons, Cameron, Don Parsons and Jimmy Parsons (Velvet). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Catholic Charities, or St. Luke's Cancer Center in Betty's memory.
