She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl F. Gilbert and Pauline Gilbert (James); and her sister Carline Leeper. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth W. Cummings. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cameron Comfort Care Hospice, Cameron.
