He is survived by: his wife Lois Yvonne Mayes; his children, Terry W. King (Carrie Scott) of Kansas City, Shelly Maldonado of Omaha and Von King of Hamilton, Missouri; his grandsons, Philip Ausherman (Jenny) of Omaha, Nebraska and Wade Maldonado of Omaha, Nebraska; and his great grandchild Ahna Ausherman.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Comfort Care Hospice.
