He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Henry and Anita Kay Henry (Otto); his sister Stephanie Cook; and his nephew Michael Cook. He is survived by: his brother Brent Henry (Susan); his nephews, Matt, Shawn Cook, Seth and Blake Henry; his niece Kimberly Cook; and his brother-in-law Junior Cook (Hamilton). He is also survived by 2 great-nephews and 4 great-nieces.
