He is survived by: his mother Terry McKenzie (Mercer) of Mesa, AZ; his daughters, Shannon Bush (Jacob) of Savannah, MO. and Teresa Hall-Love (Jordan) of Lee's Summit, MO.; and his siblings, Chris McKenzie, Peggy Forelich and Stephanie Wilkerson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
