She is survived by: her parents, David Milliman and Deanna Milliman; her husband Daniel Edmond Crawford; her children, Krystal, David, John, Jessica, Aaron, Mercedes and Cameron; and her siblings, Chris and Stephanie Hibbs. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Amanda's Funeral Fund.
