She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Orla and Gertie Gay Cook (Forbis); her daughter Vicky Watson; her grandson Josh Seip; and her siblings, Lucille Ott, Wilma Ott, Robert Cook, Genelle Ravenscraft, Clinton Cook, Norman Verdell Cook, Leo Cook, Spencer Cook, Betty Harpert and Donna Coen.
She is survived by: her spouse Leslie Durk, Jr.; her children, Brenda Seip of Hallsville and Randy Durk (Sue) of O'Fallon, IL; her grandchildren, Michael Caselman (Nicole), Mark Durk (Angelique), Steven Durk (Alaina), Justin Watson (April), Ryan Watson, Cyndi Davidson (Scott), Brandon Durk (Natasha) and Marta Durk; her great grandchildren, Bentley Durk, Tesla Watson, Jenna Durk, Kinsley Durk, Harper Durk, Rowen, Theilen Watson, Penelope Durk, Jack Durk, Connor Davidson, Ambrose Durk and Adrienne Caselman; and her brother Russell Cook.
