He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cathey and Margaret Cathey (Winscott); and his brother-in-law Paul Smith. He is survived by: his children, Robert Cathey II (Patricia), John Cathey (Andrea), David Jensen (Chris), Kelli Schultz (Gary), Sydney Allen (John) and Susan Lewis (Tom); his siblings, John Cathey (Linna), Richard Cathey (Alice), Carroll Cathey (Pat), Raymond Cathey (Betty) and Diana Smith; his grandchildren, Amber Reagan, Corey Buckman, Janelle Schultz, Josh Schultz, Austin Allen, Zachary Allen, Madalynn Million, Walker Lewis, Jensen Lewis, Ryan Jensen and Allison Jensen; and his great grandchildren, Samuel Reagan, Isabel Reagan, Emery Schultz, Taylor Buckman, Miller Buckman, Charlee Ann Buckman and Brady Million.
