It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachel Jean Marie Mitchell of Hallsville, Missouri, born in Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, John Mitchell and Pamela Latham Mitchell of Eldon; her children, Christopher Rowley, Savanah Pemberton, Jayden Twenter, Bella Twenter and Elijah Twenter; and her siblings, Natasha Mitchell of St. Louis, Nicholas Mitchell (Amanda) of Bonne Terre, John Mitchell (Nina) of Eldon and Crystal Turner (James) of Eldon. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
