We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2024, at the age of 76, Lonnie Dean Burnett of Hallsville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Burnett and Cloetta "Marriott" Burnett; his siblings, Darril Burnett, Randy Burnett, Melvin Burnett, Stella Burnett, Janice Dorsey and Linda Albin; and his son-in-law Greg Payne.

He is survived by: his wife Retha Burnett; his children, Michael Burnett (Glenda) of Hallsville, Rhonda Cunningham (Forrest) of Hallsville and D'Ann Payne of Sturgeon; his grandchildren, Amber, Megan, Gregory, Zachary, Shelby, Bailey, Wyatt, Cody and Colette; and his siblings, Kevin Burnett of Versailles, Judy Widner (Ralph) of St. Joseph and Vicki Burnett of Tebbetts. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mount Zion Church Cemetery.
