He was predeceased by: his father Woodrow Haack; his daughter Randi M. Haack; and his brother Jack Welbourne. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Haack (Hedlund); his daughter Tina DeVries (Frank); his grandchildren, Adam DeVries (Jenna), Grant DeVries, Sydney DeVries and Gabrielle DeVries; and his brothers, Wayne Stimac and Ralph Stoll. He is also survived by many brother and sister in-laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends and relatives.
