She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Glen Wilmer and Francis Margaret Bates (Richardson); her husband Joseph Castrop; her children, Thersa Diane Wells (Jerry) of Fulton, Sandra Sue Herring (Pete) of Hallsville and Josephine Rena Scott (Michael) of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Joseph Bruno Castrop of Olathe, Kansas., Ethan Wells (Fallon), Emily Carlson (Brian) and Joshua Herring; her great grandchildren, Benjamin Andrew and Leo Joseph; and her siblings, Linda Kay, Shirley, Jim, Pat, Bill, Henry, Amy, Norman, Millie, Glen and Carol.
A prayer was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home (104 S Collier St, Centralia, MO 65240). Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (404 S Rollins St, Centralia, MO 65240). A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the All Saints Cemetery.
