He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Carlie "Connie" Windsor of Columbia; his daughters, Pam Windsor of Jefferson City, Debbie Windsor of Columbia and Vecie Windsor of Springdale, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Heather Spangler of Columbia, Victoria Harwood of Springdale, Arkansas and Gabriel Harwood of Springdale, Arkansas; his niece Stacie Windsor Friedrich (John); his nephews, Col. Jason Scott Windsor (JoEllen) and Jonathan Paul Windsor (Mandi); his father Floyd Windsor, Jr.; his brother Floyd "John" Windsor, III; and his grandson Anthony Spangler.
