She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ashlock and Brooxie Ashlock (Hunt); her brothers, James Ashlock and Jack Whitworth; and her granddaughter Kara Calvin.
She is survived by: her husband Eldred Borgman; her children, Michael West (Sarah) of Jefferson City, Cheryl West-Calvin (Paul Stroud) of Ashland, Lisa West-Calvin (Wendall) of Lohman and Tracy West-Perkins (Tony) of Columbia, Missouri; her sisters, Ila Lois Miller (Greg) of Columbia and Judith Ann Pierce of Cortez, Colorado; and her grandchildren, Hailey, Hayden, Rusty, Lauren, Tyler Calvin, Zachary, Ella Perkins, Brooxie, Ava West, Olivia Bexten and Benjamin Wilson. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery Association in Slater, Missouri.
