It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Frank Russell of Hallsville, Missouri, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Turner Reuben Russell and Edna Grace Armstrong Russell; and his sister Eileen Schrader. He is survived by: his spouse Jan Elizabeth Phillips; his siblings, Alan Russell, Michael Russell and Pat Benner; his siblings-in-law, Kelly Barnhouse and Ray Schrader; his children, Jeanettee Lamberson, Jennifer Wood, Rebecca Howard, Shirley Brewer, Jessica Carter, Josh Carter, Mark Wood, Rodney Howard and Bill Lamberson; and his grandchildren, Titus Howard, Brenden Howard, Abby, AJ Wright, Roston Howard, Logan Wood, Caden Wood, Olivia Wood, Myles Nguyen and Chaytin Carter.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions can be made in David's name to the American Cancer Society.
