He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Milton Ratcliffe; and his stepbrother Robert Leebl. He is survived by: his mother Caroline Leebl (Robert); his children, Gerald Ratcliffe (Joey) and Ann Jefferies; his siblings, Gordon Ratcliffe, Bette Miller, Patricia Novac and Christina Hawkins; his half-siblings, Randy Ratcliffe and Deidre Ratcliffe; and his stepsisters, Denice Leebl, Deborah Quintana and Donna Hudson.
