He is survived by: his former wife Mary "Aerwana" Foxworthy; his wife Jennifer Abala; his children, Floyd Eugene Spainhour of Grandview, Johann Hendrick Abala Spainhour of Hale, Missouri, Mary Alice Duffer (John) of Bedford, Tawanda Lydia Abala Spainhour of Hale and Aerwana Dionesia Abala Spainhour of Hale, Missouri; and his siblings, Claude Spainhour (Kelly) of Chula, Kent Spainhour of Chillicothe, Missouri, Sharon Narr (Terry) of Wheeling and Peggy Marples of Springfield, Missouri. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
