He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Staton; his children, James Edmund Staton (Samantha Sutton) of Chillicothe, Henry Dean Staton of Hale, Missouri, Rebecca Lynne Deskins (Billy) of Princeton, Mary Elizabeth Nickell (Tim) of Meadville, Jessie Eileen Withey of Fayetteville and Jennifer Elaine Shavrnoch (Jared) of Omaha, Nebraska; his brother Dennis Lee Staton of Carrollton, Missouri; and his niece Sheila Staton-Clifton of Knob Noster, Missouri. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
