He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wilbur, Sr. and Mabel Eliza Wilson (Kimber); and his brother Robert Wayne Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Veda E. Silvey; and his children, Kenneth Wilson of Hale, Everett Wilson (Darleen) of Chillicothe, Gerald Wilson (Debbie) of Avalon, Missouri and Kathryn Wakeland (Charles) of Tina, Missouri. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
