He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dennis, Sr. and Shirley Duncan. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Allen Duncan and Cheryl Ann Duncan; his grandmother Sharon Taylor Jenkins of Madison Heights, MI; his daughter Taylor Ann Duncan of St. Louis, MO; his siblings, Jason Duncan of Lonedell, Cody Duncan of St. Clair, MO and Ashley Duncan of Lonedell; his significant other Kelsey Wideman; and his significant other's daughter Haley of St. Clair. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, great-aunts and uncles, one nephew, cousins and many friends.
