He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie "Bill" Jemes and Violet Layman Jemes; his wife Venita Faye Bennett; his son Kevin Jemes; his granddaughter Kelly Jemes; and his siblings, Clifford, Clayton, Eldon, Buel Jemes, Loretta Jones and Kaylynn Jemes.
He is survived by: his son Kenneth Jemes (Debbie) of Grovespring, MO; his grandchildren, Jessica Palmer (Jeff) of Hartville, MO, Tracy Dixon (Dustin) of Mansfield, MO, Mira Jemes of Thorne, MS and William Jemes (Kaylee) of Grovespring, MO; his great grandchildren, Sarah, Mason Palmer, Rylee, Brayden, Kinsley Dixon and Clara Jemes; and his sisters, Marie Klein of Richland, MO and Carol Nelson (Lonnie) of Grovespring, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many close friends.
