He is survived by: his parents, Lee Grantham and Shirley Ebker Grantham of Grovespring, MO; his wife Melinda; his children, MaryJane Grantham of Columbia, Hannah Lane, Michelle Sarto, Reagan Smith-Davis and Kostner Grantham; his parents-in-law, Jeff and Pam Smith of Lebanon, MO; his brother Corey Grantham (Thomas); and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Smith (Chasidy) and Scott Smith (Nocole) of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
