He is survived by: his former wife Marlys June Reichmuth; his wife Marlys June Yotter (Reichmuth); his brothers, Harold and Ralph; his children, Terry Yotter (Becky) of Greenwood, MO, Mark Yotter (Debbie) of Lee's Summit, MO and Deann Hecht (Jim) of Greenwood, MO; his grandchildren, Aaron Yotter (Michelle) of Oklahoma City, OK, Ryan Yotter (Jena) of Lake Lotawana, MO, Adam Yotter of Pensaicola, FL, Emma Rodenberg (Steven) of Kansas City, MO, Erik Yotter (Stephanie), Austin Yotter (Chloe) of Overland Park, KS and Tyler Hecht of Blue Springs, MO; and his great grandchildren, Elyse, Arden, Benson, Easton and Oliver.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be given to either the Gideon's International or the National Cancer Society in memory of Richard Yotter.
