He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Mead Spadafora; his parents, Violet Willcoxon and Wayne Williams; his children, Theresa Gervais of Fairfield, Michelle O'Neill of West Chester, Wayne Spadafora of Greenwood, Peggy Kelly of Trenton and Danyelle Doherty of Cincinnati; and his sisters, Marjorie Delaney and Betty Schreck. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
