He was predeceased by: his mother Jill Shepherd (Perkins). He is survived by: his father Gerald Shepherd of Greenwood, MO; his siblings, Jared Shepherd, Jackie Shepherd and Jeffrey Shepherd; and his stepsiblings, Jenny Harris of Belton, MO and Jason Shepherd.

Donations may be made to the Jackson County Humane Society.
