He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis M. Stephens and Mary F. Stephens (Erhart). He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lynn Dike (Scott); his stepchildren, Chad Dike (Ella) of Greenwood and Brenna Siegel (Shawn) of Blue Springs; his grandson Justin Moon of Blue Springs; and his siblings, Charles Stephens of Salina, Kansas and Marsha Dority (Dennis) of Salina. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
