He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ronnie Payne and Johnny Payne. He is survived by: his wife Joslyn Payne; his sons, Cory Payne (Dona) of Greenville and Greg Payne of West Portsmouth, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Bryna Payne of Greenville, Kaytlin Payne of Greenville and Ryan Payne of Greenville; and his siblings, Tommy "Junior" Payne, Ristol Payne, Linda Lloyd and Ricky Payne. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
