He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy, Wanell Eason, Clifford and Arlene Parks; and his nephew Nicholas Moore.
He is survived by: his parents, James Parks and Carol Parks (Eason); his wife Kathy Parks (Dunehoo); his children, Cassie Jo (Logan) and Hunter; his grandsons, Blue and Knox; his siblings, Cindy Moore (Rodney) and Kevin Parks; his nieces, Sarah (Austin) and Kendra; his nephew Brandon; his aunt Janet Hardin (Uncle Ted); and his uncle Larry Eason. He is also survived by several cousins and numerous friends.
