He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Osborn and Mozuria Osborn (Campbell); and his siblings, Franklin "Ray" Osborn and Glenda Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Kathy" Bishop; his children, Dennis Osborn (Renee) of Greenville, Janet Berkemann (Paul) of New Baden, IL and Deana Janes (Rick) of Poplar Bluff; his grandchildren, Brittney Ramage, Jace Osborn and Ellianna Janes Fletcher Janes; his great grandchild Hawkins Ramage; and his siblings, Bob Osborn (Linda) of Jackson and Shirley Buck of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
