He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald James Western and Ellena Blanch Western (Scott) of Greentop, MO.; his brother Terry'Joe'Western; and his former wife Brenda Mitchell. He is survived by: his sister Jane Ann Maulfair (Western) of Macungie, PA; his wife Dolly Western of Greentop; his children, Shane Western (Shelley) of Greentop and Shawna Hudson (Chad) of Mt. Pleasant, IA; his stepsons, Doug McClure (Monica) of Colorado and Buck McClure (Trac) of Greentop; his sister-in-law Lola Western of Greentop, MO; his grandchildren, Keely Western of Columbia, MO, Kaylee Sehnert (Tim) of Warrenton, MO, Bo Western (Teale) of Greentop, Gunner Western (Abbey) of Columbia, Brendan Hudson of Mt. Pleasant, IA and Reese Hudson of Mt. Pleasant, IA; and his stepgrandsons, Michael McClure and Josh McClure (Lilly) of Minnesota. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Mike loved all animals big and small and we respectfully request, in lieu of flowers, any memorials be made in Mike's honor, to the Adair County Humane Society, and they may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
