Carolyn Jane Rude Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Jane Rude of Greentop, Missouri, born in Louisiana, Missouri, who passed away on April 10, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Thorpe and Clementine Thorpe (Ebers); her husband Walter Rude; her brother Gary Thorpe; and her brother-in-law Gary Rutherford.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Rude and Randy Wright; her grandchildren, Brooke Hurley (Casey) of Greentop, Elizabeth Rogers of Columbia, Cassidy Rude of Kirksville and Dalton Wright of Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Teagen Hurley, Kinslea Hurley, Karsyn Yowell and Karter Rude; her siblings, Brenda Rutherford of Vandalia and Jim (Karla Thorpe) of New Hartford; and her sister-in-law Nancy Thorpe of Vandalia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Chase Miller, Casey Hurley, Schuyler Henderson, Christian Henderson, Mark Henderson, and Travis Bridgeman, Memorials are suggested to the Bethel Community Church.
