He is survived by: his wife Patricia Allene Wastall; his children, Kaye Shorter (Mike) of Lockwood and Bill McKinley (Nicole) of College Station, TX; his grandchildren, Cassie Taylor (Brad) of Greenfield, Shauna Romine (Daniel) of Springfield, Elissa McKinley of Milwaukee, WI, Logan McKinley of College Station, TX, Christian McKinley of Milwaukee, WI, Brad Shorter (Alicia) of Carl Junction and Chris Shorter (Robin) of Springfield; his great grandchildren, Hali, Brayden, Izaac, Jackson, Brody, Maddox, Bryndle, Mason, Bristol, Brooks, Emmy and Brice; and his sister Jean McKinley Wilson of Springfield. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends, including many friends.
