He is survived by: his sister Wilma Jean Butler of Springfield; his daughter Kim Oatman (Bradley Iler) of Springfield; his stepchildren, Robert Martino, Julie Hummel, Danny Miley and Richard Miley; his nephew Steve; and his nieces, Debra, Sherry, Teresa and Missy.
