He is survived by: his wife Carol of Lamar; and his children, Dawnissa Hirsch (Michael) of Lamar, Cathy Daniel (Chad) of Lockwood and Caleb Flannery (Jessica) of Willard. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Make-A-Wish or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
