He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Teresa Agnus Curtin Simons; his wife Gayle Sue Gray Simons; and his sister Kathleen Simons. He is survived by: his son Andy Copeland of Archie, MO.; his daughter-in-law Cindy Copeland of Harrisonville, MO.; his daughter Pam Cox (Doug) of Butler, MO.; his brother Pat Simons of Butler, MO.; his grandchildren, Preston, Paige, Abi, Amber, Tiffany and Ashley; his nephew John Simons; and his nieces, Sherri Tucker and Marci Beckley (Dan). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
