He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wilbur Lee and Dorothy Jeanne White (Chambers); his stepmother Hazel White; his son Hunter White; his brother John Michael White; and his niece Amber White.
He is survived by: his spouse Robbin J. Hunter; his son A. J. White (Alyssa); and his siblings, Matthew White, Dianne Stricklin, Susan Schwartz, Melinda Byers (Randy), Melissa Mecuro (Fred), Judith McManis (Tom) and Theresa Little. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
