He is survived by: his parents, Christian Tyler Burnett and Britney Nicole Pratt; his brothers, Christian Taylor Burnett and Andrew Thomas Lee Mays; and his grandparents, Christie, Jason Davis, Joe, Christy Nottingham, Shawn Hembree and Tania Burnett.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions on travel and gatherings, private family graveside services will be held in Greenfield Cemetery.
