He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcella Russell (Jones) and Kenneth Russell; his son Kenneth Weber Russell III; and his sister Nelly Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Helen Russell; his children, Robert Russell, Lee Ellen Lewis and Donna Faye Pelfrey; and his sisters, Betsy Hicks and Faye Cox. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
