Jo Evelyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolla E. Murray and Nora G. Murray (Hartman); her former husband Buster Mitchell; and her siblings, Verne "Shorty" Murray, Everett Murray, Chester Murray, Clarence Murray, Orval Lee Murray, Maxine Moore, Dorothy Bowerman and Wilma Hillhouse.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Hilburn; her children, Allen Mitchell of Miller, MO and Rose Marie Alexander of Butler, MO; her stepdaughters, Lana Kurt of Nevada, MO and Terrin Ast of Nevada, MO; her brother Cecil Murray; her grandchildren, Don Allen Mitchell (Dalene), Angie Clark (Chad), Ashley Mitchell, Melissa Dawson (Jason), Brian Mallory (Brandy), Kodee Ast (Macayah), Kayler Ast-Ketterman (Tyler), Kayden Ast (Anna), Heather Stevens (Charles) and Dalton Kurt (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Darren Mitchell, Brody Mitchell, Allie Mitchell, Wyatt Clark, Colton Clark, Emma Clark, Alex Mallory, Adler Ast, Andrew Kurt, Evie Kurt and Korbin Keenoy; and her great great grandchild Magnolia Mitchell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
