He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Higgins Marshall and Anna "Maxine" Long Marshall; his wife Marilyn Hurt; his stepsons, Brian Wayne Marshall, Bradley John Marshall and Neil Lewis Marshall; his brother Max (Cathy); his nephew Kevan; his niece Melissa (Marilyn); his great-nephew Brian Wayne Marshall (Pam); his daughter Olivia; his son-in-law Neil Lewis Marshall (Yvonne); his grandsons, Samuel and Jack; and also, Jacob, Taren, Tiffany, Ethen and George. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Pennsboro Community Building where Wayne attended Elementary school.
