He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Lewis Bozarth and Annie Pearl Bozarth (Miller); and his siblings, Roy Bozarth, James Bozarth, Raymond Bozarth, Goldie Estes, Alma Ratje and Helen Halter.
He is survived by: his son Eugene Bozarth; his granddaughter Rashelle Lea Barnett (Jesse); and his great grandchildren, Clay Lee Barnett, Coal Barnett and Sage Barnett. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
The family suggests contributions to Wounded Warriors in care of the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor.
