He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ross and Bertha Hayes (Moore); and his siblings, C. R., Howard, Neil and Gene Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth R. Baslee; his daughter Cindy Kay Wilcher (Norman) of Warrensburg, MO; and his grandchildren, Lisa (Scott), Steve, Becky (Jimmy), Robert (Jessica), Heather (Patrick) and Minde. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Windsor Assembly Of God Church in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
