He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Vollmer and Martha Vollmer (Twenter); and his brothers, Herman Vollmer and Richard Vollmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Henry Vollmer (Karen) of Nelson, Mary Ross (Mike) of Sedalia, Linda Temple (Glen) of Sedalia, Ruth Oswald (Paul) of Otterville and Edna Vollmer of Sedalia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heckart Funeral Home & Cremation Services (903 S Ohio Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to St. John's Cemetery, in care of Heckart Funeral Home.
