He is survived by: his mother Sharon Kay Hayes (Baslee); his wife Carrie Lynn Hayes; his daughters, Matilyn Hayes and Miley Hayes; his sister Robin Paul (Darin) of Boonville, MO; his mother-in-law Connie Harms (David Eckhoff) of Cole Camp; his grandmother Louise Harms of Sedalia; and his nieces and nephews, Sharae Perry, Jesse Harms, Faith Harms and Judah Harms. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
