He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Williams and Perlie Edgar (Roark); his wife Helen P. "Penny" Williams; and his brother Merl Williams. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Williams (Christy) of Jackson, GA, Merl Williams of Green Ridge and Andrew Williams (Shelly) of Sedalia; and his brother Ronald Williams (Barbara) of Windsor. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
