He is survived by: his fiancée Tamra Jean Carter of Green Ridge, MO; his daughters, Jaime Moon (Justin) of Chilhowee, MO and Shianne Crowder (Tyler) of Montrose, MO; his sister Rebecca Paris-Forest (Rob) of Knob Noster, MO; and his grandchildren, Cooper Allen Moon, Cash Oliver Moon and Austin Lee Crowder.
