He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Ryan; his children, Richard Rodriguez (Brandi) of Green Ridge, Benito Rodriguez, Jr. (Kimberly) of Sedalia, Amy Brockman (Troy) of Hughesville and Delores Meyer (Robert) of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Cobey Johnson, Chelsey Johnson, Katlin Rodriguez, Cassidy Gifford, Autumn Boles, Chance Crosswhite, Alexander Brockman, Corbin Meyer, Zane Rodriguez, Joseph Rodriguez, Hannah Meyer, Shane Meyer, Vivian Crain and Hallie Meyer; his great grandchildren, Zadia Johnson, Elisha Wilson, Miah Gifford, Cade Johnson, Olivia Taylor and Sebastian Gifford; and his sister Frances Rodriguez of Osawatomie, KS. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
