He was predeceased by: his brother Tommy Couch. He is survived by: his sons, Marty Couch of Jacksonville and Ryan Couch (Jennifer) of Kearney, Missouri; his grandchildren, Heather Foster (Jay), Christina Kirkendoll (Jesse), Taylor Couch, Garrett Couch, Emma Couch and Abby Couch; his great grandchildren, Corinne Charlotte "Charli" Kitchen, Wren Kirkendoll, Sawyer Kirkendoll, Imani Foster, Myles Foster and Isaiah Foster; and his uncle James Couch of Texas. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Green City Cemetery.
