It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lawrence Leo McCollum of Green City, Missouri, born in Winigan, Missouri, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond McCollum and Nellie McCollum (Walker); and his brothers, Richard McCollum, Jimmy McCollum and Norman "Shorty" McCollum.
He is survived by: his children, Michael McCollum of Ewa Beach, Shannon McCollum of Milan and Melissa McGraw of Macon; his grandchildren, Christian McCollum, Mercedes McCollum, Kyle McCollum, Courtney, Madison McCollum, Kayleigh Lafaver, Kari Lorton and Kelsie Lorton (Kasady Lorton); his great grandchild Elizabeth Poor; and his siblings, Geraldine Gronemeier of Columbia, Virginia Banner of Kirksville and Dwain McCollum of Milan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
