She was predeceased by: her parents, Edson Leroy and Noralee Orton (Mathes); her husband Howard Hobart; her sister Vickie Wilson; and her brother-in-law Dewayne Holt.

She is survived by: her son Weston Martin (Heather) of Kansas City, MO; her grandson Peyton Martin of Kansas City, MO; her sisters, Penny Holt (Darin Dale) of Arbela, MO and Amber Orton of Fenton, MO; her stepmother Marla Orton of Fenton, MO; her grandchildren, Ryan Carrick of Kirksville, MO, Summer Burkhart-Carrick of Kirksville, MO and Sharon Burkhart-Carrick of Kirksville, MO; her niece Nora Martinson (Derek) of Casper, WY; and her nephews, Dustin Monroe (Tacey) of Memphis, MO, Devin Holt (Jessica) of Arbela, MO, Derin Holt (Amy) of Memphis, MO, Aarron Holt (Jessica) of Memphis, MO and Jared Holt (Stacey) of Rutledge, MO.

Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to the American Cancer Society.
